stands; the party named in it does not, and nothing here should be relied on as a filed legal
document until those details are in place.
The short version: we share what a booking needs, with the party who needs it, and nothing else. No advertising, no data brokers, no selling. This page says exactly who gets what.
01Suppliers, per booking

| Hotels | Guest names, arrival and departure dates, and any room or accessibility requirement. |
| Transport and activity operators | Lead traveller's name, party size, pickup point and time. |
| Visa centres and embassies | Whatever that application requires — commonly the full passport, photographs, financial evidence, employment details and travel history. |
| Insurers | Traveller names, ages, destination and trip dates. |
Each supplier gets the details of their own booking. A hotel is not told which airline you fly.
02Groups, companies and family bookings
Where somebody else is arranging or paying for your travel, they can see what that role requires and no more:
- A group organiser sees the itinerary, rooming and who is travelling — not another traveller's passport or personal contact details.
- A company travel desk sees the trips it is paying for, their cost, and whether they fit its travel policy — not the personal preferences or documents of its employees.
- A family lead traveller sees the whole booking, because it is one booking.
If you are on someone else's booking and would rather deal with us directly, tell us and we will arrange it.
03Our software providers

04What we never do
- Sell your data. Not to brokers, not to advertisers, not to anybody.
- Run advertising trackers on Window Seat.
- Share your travel plans with anybody who does not need them for your trip.
- Use your documents to train AI models.
05Asking us to stop
You can ask us to stop sharing with anyone we are not obliged to share with — though a booking cannot be made without telling the airline who is flying. Write to hello@gosavvy.in.
